What you need to start your mace training?
  • Stable Internet connection
    You can join the course using any device: smartphone, laptop, or smart TV.
  • Space of at least 2x2 meters
    At home, in the gym or in nature
  • Steel Mace
    Just choose the weight suitable for you.
    Females start with 2kg, Males with 4kg
